At Iron Fox, we’re committed to ensuring you feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully before sending any items back.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY


We offer online store credit only for eligible returns. No refunds will be issued.


To be eligible for return:

  • Returns must be mailed back within 30 days of the original ship date.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items must be free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, pet hair, etc.) and free of odors (such as cigarette smoke or perfume).
  • A packing slip must be included in the return package for processing.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when applicable (including tags and protective covers).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with confirmation and issue your online store credit via email.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Black Friday promotions, Doorbuster sales, and other limited-time final sale events


We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Returns received after the 30-day window or without a packing slip may not be processed and will be returned to sender at your expense.
